You can find your Page Id, in the About section of your Facebook Page.
It is also required to whitelist the domain of your website in Facebook by doing the following:
- Click Settings at the top of your Page
- Click Advance Messaging on the left
- Edit whitelisted domains for your page in the Whitelisted Domains section
